Subject: [gilug] Linux 3.0.0

Per un problema de controladors wifi, he provat a iniciar un Live-CD d'Ubuntu 
11.10 (la versió en desenvolupament), i se m'ha acudit mirar quina versió de 
nucli porta:

uname -a
Linux ubuntu 3.0.0-7-generic #8-Ubuntu SMP Fri Jul 22 20:24:22 UTC 2011 i686 
athlon i386 GNU/Linux

Aleshores he fet un cop d'ull pel web i he vist que fa un parell de mesos que en 
Linus Torvalds va publicar una versió candidata del kernel 3.0 i fa cosa d'una 
setmana n'ha publicat la primera versió estable.

Apenes he trobat cap informació sobre les diferències fonamentals respecte a les 
versions 2.x del nucli.
Algú sap quelcom més?
