[gilug.org] APEWS utilitzat per Telefonica

Hola, escric per a comentar un problema que de tant en tant tenim la 
gent que volem escriure a adreces de correu electrònic de Telefónica, 
com és la bústia d'en David.

Telefónica està fent ús d'una llista negra de possibles "spammers" 
anomenada APEWS, que actualment està en desús per la mala gestió i la 
impossibilitat de treure les adreces IP d'aquella llista negra:

Possiblement això afecti a adreces @telefonica.net @terra.es 
@teleline.es i demés del grup empresarial.
